John Merrell views his role as owner of Amada Senior Care Jackson as part of a larger commitment to our entire community. Of course, we perform regular tasks associated with in-home care, such as meal preparation and housekeeping. However, we believe it is important for us to go beyond the to-do list and get to know each client personally. This allows us to impact their lives in a much more profound way—whether we are scheduling play-dates with the grandchildren, taking a stroll with a client to see a neighbor’s garden, or reading their favorite books to them.
We may enter our clients’ homes as strangers, but our caregivers quickly become extensions of their families.
